What are the big issues in cyber and how do we address the things that really matter?

Cybersecurity today is a vortex of fear and panic. There is a new threat, vulnerability, or attack every month. Why? Because there has never been a better time to be a cyber-criminal.

So, what are the real issues in cyber? There are multiple threats, which happen all the time, and nobody is immune from it. Furthermore, the threat landscape is dynamic, while digital transformation and regulatory upheaval all play their part in the changing nature of cybersecurity.

SecureData is hosting a half-day conference on Friday 18th May to talk about the issues that organisations really need to focus on in order make a difference to their cybersecurity posture.

Guest Speaker: Ardi Kolah

Ardi is Executive Fellow and Director of the GDPR Transition Programme at Henley Business School and the founder of GO DPO®, which is the strategic partner for many multi-national clients in the area of GDPR compliance. He’s the first privacy practitioner to have guided a global company (Hitachi Consulting Corp) in achieving BS10012:2017 in the UK. For more info click here.

Ardi's keynote presentation will focus on what regulators are looking for, the core things to demonstrate compliance to standard and the link with cyber security.
